2010 年的四月, 我在自家做出了我生平的第一個烘焙, 記憶中應該是磅蛋糕吧!

2010 年的十月, 我在自己的格子上發表了的第一個作品 優格棗泥鬆餅, 自此, 我開始了我的烘焙奇幻 之旅!

我確信我還會繼續快樂的走下去!

在 2011 年即將到來的前夕, 我告訴我自己 ~

不要忘記我的初衷 ~

為教育而教育!

為烘焙而烘焙!

我在 2011 年會有的改變是 ~

像小王子一樣

不要為數字而數字!

不要像他所拜訪的那個星球主人,

只是在帳簿裏一直登記有多少顆星星經過他,

我希望我是

~為愛烘焙而烘焙

~為愛料理而料理

所以

在 2011 年裏

應該只會看到我週三 (小週末) 週五、週六、週日 (大週末) 動工吧!

其它的日子ㄋㄟ!?

其它的日子我就做我自己囉! 只上網, 不 post 文了!

讓自己像小王子一樣, 享受他在每一個星球的奇幻之旅吧!
